This was a collaboration created with @Echodex for a @Uuest tiktok video. The goal was to blend the world of Minecraft into Rocket League and make it look like an official update to the game. Around the time it came out it gained popularity and started a "Minecraft x Rocket League" trend on tiktok with people recreating this exact setup.

At first tested what was possible - which angles would hold up, and how to capture the effect with real cameras instead of rebuilding the world in 3D. We also planned the post workflow and its limits early, always keeping PinkPantheress's performance as the focus.

After picking a fitting clip from @Uuest and creating a camera path, we went into Minecraft. We found a spot next to a village, and flattened the floor so that the stadium would lie on top of it later. We used MCprep to send a Minecraft world into Blender and started compositing from there.










The most challenging part was creating a seamless transition between the worlds
